2024 Aotearoa New Zealand Organic Wine Awards Results Announced

The results are out for the 2024 Aotearoa New Zealand Organic Wine Awards. A huge congratulations to the medal recipients.

“We are now 11 years in to the Aotearoa Organic Wine Awards, and continue to be impressed by the quality of entries we see.” says Luke Thomas the Awards Director.

“I find it eminent to remind our judges that we are not judging a conventional wine competition, the fact that the wineries who partake care deeply enough about the product they are producing to farm organically, and certify, already puts them among NZ’s elite wineries (as is evident from other shows such as ‘The Real Review’, whereby Organic Wineries are vastly over represented in the results. The Aotearoa Organic Wine Awards really does represent a ‘best of the best’ amongst NZ wines.”

“Many thanks to all of the vineyards who participated in this years awards, as well as judges, sponsors and other volunteers who made these awards possible.” Thank you once again for supporting the Aotearoa New Zealand Organic Wine Awards. Our mission is simple- to find and promote NZ’s best organic wines, with a view to increasing the domestic and international market share of organic wines vs non-organic.
