The Aotearoa New Zealand Organic Wine Awards began in 2014 as a simple idea: organic and biodynamic wines deserved their own spotlight. More than a decade on, they’re still New Zealand’s only awards focused solely on these wines.
The Aotearoa New Zealand Organic Wine Awards exist to support and grow the organic wine sector in New Zealand. They focus exclusively on certified organic wines, without entry fees, paid sponsors, or expensive award ceremonies that can exclude smaller producers. Their aim is to find and recognise New Zealand’s best organic wines, based on quality alone.

Entries are now open for the 13th annual Aotearoa NZ Organic Wine Awards. The closing date for entries to be submitted and samples to be received is 24th February.
