VINO is real wine, made by a wine company that knows its craft, paired with packaging that actually suits modern life. It’s a premium wine made to move with people, without weight, waste, or broken-glass panic. And that’s the bit people can’t get enough of.

ABOUT VINO
Vino was created by Neil Pattinson, a Banks Peninsula Vigneron who knows exactly how good wine should taste and how annoying bottles can be when you want to take that wine anywhere fun. After years enjoying wine and watching people pack for beaches, huts and road trips, he kept seeing the same thing. Great wine left behind because bottles were heavy, breakable, or too much hassle for the kind of days that end with salty hair and sandy feet. “Drinking habits have changed but the format hasn’t.”
Neil has spent years coaxing flavour out of the Banks Peninsula coastline. As the Vigneron behind Whistling Buoy, he’s built a reputation for small-batch wines shaped by salt air, shifting weather, and a stubborn commitment to doing things properly. That same care sits inside every Vino pouch. Nothing watered down. Nothing dialed back. Just the same wine people already love, designed to travel better.
“A single pour is a simple idea that solves a lot of small, everyday problems. No half bottles forgotten in the fridge. No over-pouring. No “should we open another?” moments. One pouch. One glass. A tidy way to enjoy wine without leftover waste — or leftover guilt.“

Neil wanted wine that travels the way people actually live. So he made it. Vino pouches are light, easy to chill, simple to pour and designed to go places bottles can’t. They slide into backpacks, chilly bins and glove-boxes without a second thought. They’re perfect for summer days, weekend escapes and those unplanned moments when a glass of something good makes everything better.
And that’s why Vino connects. It tastes like a bottle-worthy pour, but fits the way people move. It slips into days that start at the beach and end by the BBQ. It keeps up with hikers, cyclists, swimmers, road trippers, and anyone who wants a glass without carrying a full bottle.
“Born from Whistling Buoy winemakers, Vino is seriously good wine re-imagined – crafted to go wherever life takes you. Real wine. Easy to bring along. Ready when you are.”
VINO pouches come in three grape varieties:

Vino Pinot Gris is a smooth, approachable wine that fits almost any occasion. Expect gentle pear and apple notes with a fresh citrus lift, creating a wine that’s easy to enjoy without overthinking.
Vino Rosé is a crisp, dry wine made for warm days and good company. Light on its feet and full of flavour, it offers delicate berry notes with a touch of citrus that keep things refreshing without tipping sweet.
Vino Pinot Noir is proper Pinot Noir designed to travel, pour easily and fit into moments where glass simply gets in the way. You’ll find luscious red berry notes with a subtle hint of spice, wrapped in a silky, balanced finish.
VINO pouches are available as 6 or 24 packs and a ‘Mix ‘N Max’ mixed 6 pack so you can try them all.
