Sarah Jessica Parker and New Zealand’s Invivo Wines debut their first alcohol-free wine. This winter, the partners-in-wine introduce Invivo X, SJP 0% Sauvignon Blanc, the newest addition to their cult-favourite wine collection, now hitting the shelves nationwide across New Zealand.
The new 0% wine was crafted in New Zealand by Invivo Cofounder and Winemaker Rob Cameron, who brings nearly three decades of winemaking experience – including in zero and lower-alcohol wine – to the partnership. Cameron used spinning cone technology to gently remove the alcohol from New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, then rebuilt the palate weight to bring back the wine’s signature mouthfeel. Parker consulted and tasted throughout the process, providing her final sign-off.
The result is a vibrant, alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc with a texture reflective of the full-strength Invivo X, SJP Sauvignon Blanc style drinkers have come to know and love – tropical, zesty and smooth, just without the alcohol. The timing couldn’t be better, with 63% of consumers looking to moderate their alcohol intake, and demand for no and low alcohol wines showing no signs of letting up, with taste and connection ranking as the top purchase drivers in the non-alcoholic wine category (NielsenIQ, April 2026).

Invivo cofounder and winemaker Rob Cameron said: “Producing a delicious 0% alcohol still wine is the holy grail of winemaking. By nature, when you remove alcohol from wine, you remove much of what gives it texture and flavour. In this case – without giving away all our winemaking secrets – we rebuilt the palate after removing the alcohol using natural organic grape seed and oak tannins to craft the finished blend. We’re incredibly proud of how it stacks up against both other zero wines and full-strength wines, and early feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive.”
