We are very proud to announce that the Southern Pinot Noir Workshop is now open for registration. The dates are the 19-22 January 2023, in the usual place, Hanmer Springs Hotel.
We are very excited to announce that our guest speaker for the Southern Pinot Workshop is Rebecca Deed a scientist from Auckland University specialising in wine yeast molecular biology and biochemistry, analytical chemistry, and sensory science to understand the mechanisms behind the formation and impact of key compounds in grape juice and wine.
We are also very fortunate to have Bruno Fedrizzi attend to run a tasting on sulphides in Pinot and explain his research work. For those of you who attended our Webinar earlier in the year, this is a wonderful opportunity to ask Bruno in person all those questions you had from his online presentation.
The Workshop is an invaluable conference to learn and discuss topical issues that affect our industry, bring along problematic batches of Pinots and ask your peers for advice on how to get the wine to bottle in a better state, as well as form relationships and connections. For those of you who have been, please spread the word, you know and understand the value of this Workshop.
To register please visit our website – https://pinotworkshop.com/
As in the past there are 10 family villas available on a first in first served basis and confirmation by payment of the $450 Workshop registration fee.
Thank you and we are all looking forward to reconnecting, Covid has made this a strange world. Let’s embrace normality again.
Thanks
